Day 1

Introduction to the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001

Day 2

Audit Principles and Preparation for the Initiation of an Audit

Learn the core principles and methodologies of auditing based on ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1. Participants will explore how to plan and initiate an audit, develop audit objectives and criteria, create audit checklists, and select audit teams.

Day 3

On-Site Audit Activities

This practical session focuses on the execution of on-site audits, including interviewing, observing, collecting objective evidence, and verifying conformity with ISO 9001 requirements.

Day 4

Closing of the Audit

Discover how to finalize audit activities and report your findings clearly and effectively. This session covers audit conclusions, report drafting, conducting closing meetings, and presenting corrective action requests.

Day 5

Certification Examination

The training concludes with the PECB ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification exam, designed to assess your knowledge and auditing competence. Upon passing the exam, participants will earn the PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor credential a UKAS-accredited and globally recognized certification that validates your ability to lead and conduct QMS audits professionally in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
