Why MSDI exists
The gap we set out to close.
Malaysia runs on experienced people. Safety leads who have managed sites for a decade, supervisors who train every new hire, technicians who can fix what the manual cannot explain. Too many of them carry years of know-how and not a single credential that proves it, which costs them promotions, tenders and fair pay.
At the same time, employers pay the HRD Corp levy every month and let it sit unused because claims feel complicated, while hiring managers struggle to tell a real certificate from a printed one.
MSDI was built to close that gap from both ends. RPEL pathways give experience the academic recognition it deserves. Accredited programmes fit around working hours. Claims handling removes the paperwork excuse. And QR-verified credentials make trust instant, for every employer, every audit, every time.

RPEL that respects experience
Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning, assessed against the MQF. It opens admission for experienced candidates aged 21 and above, and converts proven competence into module credit, cutting study time and cost.

Most programmes are claimable under SBL-Khas. We prepare the grant application before training and deliver attendance, assessment and invoice packs in claim-ready format after, so the levy you already pay actually gets used.
