Partner programme

Refer learners. Earn commission. Keep your name clean.

MSDI works with agents and referral partners who put candidates into accredited, verifiable programmes. Transparent commission, honest representation, and a platform whose claims you can check yourself.

Who the programme is for

If people already ask you “where should I study?” or “how do I get certified?”, you are who this is built for.

Education consultants

Counsellors and consultants who guide school leavers and working adults toward accredited study options.

HR and training consultancies

Advisors who already recommend training to client companies and want an accredited, claimable catalogue behind them.

Industry associations

Trade and professional bodies whose members need recognised credentials, from safety to payroll.

Community organisations

Groups that connect experienced workers with second-chance pathways such as RPEL.

Commission-based

How referrals work

You make the introduction; MSDI carries the advice, the enrolment and the compliance. That split protects candidates and protects you.

Commission statements are issued monthly by email until the partner portal ships.

  1. 1

    Agree terms

Sign a partner agreement that sets your commission rate, payment terms and conduct standards. Rates are agreed per partner, not buried in fine print.

  2. 2

    Refer with consent

Introduce candidates who have agreed to be referred. You share only the details needed for admissions to follow up, and we tell them you sent them.

  3. 3

    We advise and enrol

MSDI admissions handles counselling, eligibility (including RPEL), enrolment and payment directly with the candidate, so advice stays accurate and accountable.

  4. 4

    Commission on completion

Commission is payable on completed, paid enrolments and settled in RM against a monthly statement. No phantom numbers, no clawback surprises if you follow the standards.

Non-negotiable

Our ethics standards

The training market has a reputation problem: inflated promises, hidden fees, paper mills. We partner only with agents who help us be the opposite of that. Breaching these standards ends the agreement and any unpaid commission tied to the breach.

No guaranteed-pass, guaranteed-job or guaranteed-visa promises, ever
Quote only published fees and published accreditation references; this site is the source of truth
Candidates must consent before their details reach MSDI, in line with the PDPA 2010
No charging learners fees on top of MSDI's published fees
Represent RPEL honestly: it recognises real experience, it does not sell shortcuts

Candidate personal data is processed under our privacy policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; partners receive only the data they need to be paid.
