How claiming works
SBL-Khas is the HRD Corp scheme under which the training provider bills HRD Corp directly. Done right, your team trains with little or no upfront cash outlay. Done late, the claim is lost: grants must be approved before training begins.

Scope and quote
Tell us who needs training and on what. We map your needs to claimable programmes and issue a quotation with the HRD Corp course codes your levy can cover.

Grant application before training
We prepare and submit the SBL-Khas grant application on your behalf. HRD Corp claims are not retrospective, so this step always happens before the first class.

Your team trains
Staff attend online live or blended sessions around working hours. Attendance and assessment evidence is captured throughout, exactly as the claim requires.

We claim, you reconcile
Under SBL-Khas we bill HRD Corp directly for the course fee, so training proceeds with little or no upfront cash outlay. You receive the full document pack for your records.
