How do I get an HRD Corp claimable training quotation?
Submit the request form with your company name, contact person, phone, email, company address, the programme you want, and the number of pax. MSDI replies with a written quotation in Malaysian Ringgit, usually within one working day. You do not need an account, and there is no charge for a quotation.
Do I need participant names and IC numbers to get a quotation?
No. Your quotation is based on the programme, the number of pax and the delivery method. Participant names and IC numbers are only needed later, for the HRD Corp grant application, so you can send them after you approve the quotation.
Why does HRD Corp need participant IC numbers?
HRD Corp registers each trainee against their identity when the employer submits the grant application, so the training can be matched to the levy account and the claim released. MSDI collects IC numbers only for that application and stores them against your quotation request.
Which MSDI programmes are HRD Corp claimable?
MSDI is an HRD Corp registered training provider, and its programmes are delivered under claimable schemes. Programmes marked HRD Corp claimable in the MSDI catalogue can be claimed against your levy, subject to HRD Corp approving your grant application before the training starts.
How long does an HRD Corp claim take to approve?
Employers should submit the grant application to HRD Corp before the training start date. MSDI provides the quotation, trainer profile and course content you need for the application, so the paperwork is ready when you apply.
Can MSDI run the training in-house at our own office?
Yes. MSDI delivers in-house training at your premises anywhere in Malaysia, public classes, and online sessions. Choose your preferred delivery on the request form and the quotation prices that option.
